The INDACT Linear Actuators type ECU / ISOMOVE have been used on an innovative numerical control flangiatrice .
Their fonction is to move the blank holder on the moulding and they are increasing the reliability and the accuracy of the whole system.
The machine is equipped with an electrical cabinet with HMI interface (optional touch screen) and a real time control with closed loop for positioning and load in order to follow the Linear Actuators position.
The operator interface is simple and the software configuration is using macro connectable to the single components.
During the operation of flanging there is the possibility to choose different load profiles and to control the curve, giving also the option to generate a report.
The application of the Setec Linear Actuators type ECU/ISOMOVE allows the modularity of the system and the possibility to reuse the equipment with different mould shapes and sizes.
The innovation of this solution permits to the machine builder be flexible to better manage the time and cost for production lines, replacing the rigidity of the machinery of the old generation, which required commitment of large-scale production, with long timing for the replacement of the moulds.
